How to Order |
| Ready-made and DIY items can be ordered using the following methods:
|
To purchase items using our online shopping basket:-
- For DIY and Ready-made pre-designs:
- Select quantity and colour required against the item you wish to purchase, if necessary.
- Click the ‘ADD’ button to add the item to your shopping basket.
For designing your own ready-made favour:
- Select colour required against the item you wish to purchase, if necessary.
- Click the ‘CREATE FAVOUR’ button to display the options form.
- Select the required options (ribbon, flowers etc) and colours for your favour. Any optional costs will be added to the favour price automatically.
- Review cost of created favour and enter quantity required.
- Click the ‘ADD’ button to add the item to your shopping basket.
Review your shopping basket:
- Select shopping basket to review items in basket.
- Items can be removed from the basket by enabling the delete box against that item or clear the entire basket.
- Details of any ready-made designs can be viewed by selecting the ‘VIEW’ button against that item.
- Proceed to Checkout if no further items are to be purchased.
Checkout:
- Enter delivery details and any further information that may be necessary.
- Submit order.
- We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your order and with details of how to pay.

| Ready-made orders can normally be processed within 2-4
weeks and there is no minimum order value. As ready-made favours are hand
made, as much notice is preferable to ensure delivery by the
required date, but urgent orders can be accommodated. Please
contact us for advice or if you have any general enquiries. We
are more than happy to help. |

Posting & Packaging |
| The following delivery charges are for within UK mainland only, using the most economical delivery service. A surcharge will be applied for deliveries outside of the UK mainland and for next day delivery. Please contact us for a quote on additional cost. |

| Each ready-made net favour is dispatched in customised cell packs for protection during transit. Favour boxes are packed in polystyrene free flow packaging. |

Samples |
| Samples of any ready-made favour or Do-it-yourself item can be purchased at list price plus postage and packaging. There are no restrictions on the number of different samples that can be ordered. Ready-made samples do not include the Free favour card. |

Free Favour card |
| All our ready-made favours, excluding samples, come complete with the option of a FREE personalised plain favour card with the first names and date of your special occasion. The option to include the Free favour card in any ready-made favours purchased can be requested during the checkout process. |
| If you prefer to have a more elaborate favour card, then these can be purchased at additional cost by referring to the name card designs in the name card section. |

Terms & Conditions |
| Orders |
No cancellations will be
accepted once goods have been despatched. Cancellation of
completed orders prior to this will be liable for all
costs incurred. |
| Payment |
Payment must be made in
full prior to dispatch of any order. We accept bank & building
society cheques or postal orders all made payable to
Carousel Occasions. Details of how to pay will be included in the confirmation note. |
| Prices |
We reserve the right to
alter prices as deemed necessary. Any changes in prices will
be quoted at the time of order.

| Availability |
All goods are offered
subject to availability and Carousel Occasions cannot be
held responsible for any item which may become
discontinued. In these circumstances we will do our best
to supply an alternative. |
| Materials |
Occasionally due to
circumstances beyond our control there may be a slight
variation in colour or texture of the materials used, but
not in quality. All identical materials used for a single order
will be of the same colour and texture. |
| Returns |
No returns will be
accepted arising from an error on the part of the buyer.
All goods when received should be checked and any errors
identified should be notified immediately to Carousel
Occasions. |

| All personal and purchase information collected is for sole use of Carousel Occasions to process any submitted orders and for the delivery of goods by our agents.
